Personality Rocia is in general quite friendly and nice to others; she follows her moral code to the letter and has a clear sense of right and wrong. While being a polite friendly girl she often finds herself in bad situations at the fault of her inability to stop speaking her mind.

Signature Alchemy The transformation of roses into a windborn mass of petals that have small alchemic detonators in them. When the detonators touch human skin they react with the components of a human making a Bomb.

Biography Rocia used to be an alchemic courier in Aquroya. is instructed by an anonymous customer to deliver a package to a location in the Historical District, and then to open it; unbeknownst to Rocia, the package contained a specially created bomb, which activated upon opening and wipe out six city blocks. Rocia managed to survive the blast by transmuting as much of the carrying case into a shield putting up a wall in front of the bomb. When she woke up she was laying in a bed in a large hospital with a kindly nurse with blonde hair and soft eyes, watching over her. She spent a few days recovering from the blast and talking with the nice nurse. Rocia was allowed to leave the hospital after a few days. She said her goodbyes to the staff and got a cryptic goodbye from the Nurse Clara. Walking back to her home in the city she was passed on the way by a squadron of soldiers running to some large crime scene progressing behind her. She could have gone and helped but she really didn’t give a rats ass about it. Moving on she made her way to the train station where she was trying to wait for a train to Central City. Waiting for the train to come she noticed the group of soldiers coming back they all stared around the Station as if they were searching for someone of importance, Rocia never trying to be in the limelight avoided their sight even if she wasn’t the one being searched for. She hopped on the train and made it to central with as little as a hiccup, but something was telling her she couldn’t go back to Aquroya ever again.


The Lotus Blood Alchemist was a famous alchemist in Central City, working under Colonel Takashi, basically being his bodyguard and his keeper. It was an interesting job but a job none-the-less, every once in a while she’d get a newspaper from home showing the exploits of an uprising thief in the city, mimicking the once great Psiren. She knew who it was but it always brought a smile to her face when she thought about it. It was a simple life until she got another newspaper clipping, one with the face of the thief in shackles. Rocia had to take a leave from the line of work she had to go back home, and figure out what was going on.. Or die trying.

Returning home Rocia spent some time avoiding the local police of the area and some time visiting her friend in jail, and figuring out what happened. She got a name and a location and that was all she needed. Leaving the Jail she began to walk the road to redemption. She spent all of 2 days searching for the elusive person who had caught and demystified the city’s only hope. As she searched, Rocia discovers that the woman that disgraced Clara (Kessler) has kidnapped her along with six other doctors, and forced Rocia to choose between saving her or the other doctors. Kessler had arranged for Clara to fall to her death regardless of Rocia’s choice. Rocia spoke to Clara who was proud of Rocia and professed her love to her. Rocia looked up from Clara’s corpse as Kessler left the area to go to the Bomb Site that had nearly killed Rocia.

Rocia went to face Kessler at ground zero of the original explosion. Rocia eventually mortally wounded Kessler, and tries to seek answers for Clara's death from her. Kessler used her last actions to implant memories into Rocia's mind, revealing that Kessler was a version of Cole from of an alternate timeline (The Other side of the Gate) . In that timeline, Rocia (as Kessler) and Trish were thieves and married, but soon the appearance of an entity known as "The Beast", a human, or human like being with powers equal or greater to that of Kessler, plunged their world into chaos. Kessler and Trish fled with their lives rather than fight, but The Beast eventually caught up to them and killed Kessler's family. Kessler realized the only way to stop the Beast would be to use her powers to go through the gate and prepare her past self, Rocia, for battle against it as it was too late to fight back in Kessler's time. Kessler was also the anonymous customer that directed Rocia to open the bomb. Kessler used Clara's death as a means to prepare Rocia to make the harsh choices in battle with The Beast. After Kessler dies from the battle, Rocia declares her hatred for Kessler, but promises that she'll be ready for The Beast when it comes.. if it wasn’t already there.
