Web of Ice

Name: Web of ice
Effect:Aero creates hair thin strands of ice that are very hard for the naked eye to see. If anyone except Aero comes into contact with one of these strands the part of their body that touches it is frozen in ice. This is useful as a trap, but hard to do any large scale version in battle because the creation takes immense focus from Aero to create.
Requirements: Large amounts of water or lots of moisture in the air.
Transmutation Circle: A snowflake in the circle.

The air would have to be very cold for the strands to stay normal. Also, how do they get frozen just from touching the strands?

O it would be like a channeled thing, Aero would wait somewhere out of sight and when he senses the strand break creates ice through the end of the broken strand.

Oh ok, that's fine, but you're gonna need to keep the temperature under 20 degrees for them to keep from melting.

If im channeling it that won't be a problem
