Appearence He looks like a young black kid with a fro. he wears a white T-shirt nearly all the time along with blue baggy pants. He has brown eyes that reflect his intelligence. He also tends to have a comb in his fro and only combs his hair when he feels thretened.
Personality: Djay feels that he is a god, because he has mastered a certain Alchemy that many others havn't. He notices the power in this Alchemy and takes pride in spreading the truths about it. he hates to be talked down to because he is young, and he will most likely blow up people who do so. he also like marshmellows and will forgive anything if givin any. it is his favorite treat. he also act serious and calm all the time as he throws insults at anyone near him, even the ones who are close to him.
Unique Alchemic Ability Nuclear transmutation works by maing highly reactive material into more stable elements, thus reducing the amount of radioactivity. Nuclear Transmutation-X works the other way. It turns basic elements like oxygen, etc, into more unstable elements that are radioactive. he can then use this to make radioactive waves that destroy people's organs by decaying them slowely with Radioactive gas, or by making small explosions that can damage the outside body as well as the organs by using radioactivity. He also has mastered and ability called the"Fast reactor" witch uses the oxygen around him to turn into a radioactive material to fuel his speed. he can only use this to dodge attacks, because if he used it for offensive purposes it would literally tear his body appart. he can only do a distance of 20 feet and needs to wait a couple minutes before using it again (possibly 3 posts)

[b]Biography
Djay grew up in the Ghetto with his family, they survived off the trsh of the rich. their life was very difficult comparred tpo many and they could barely feed themsleves. Djay's parents nearly devoured him because of pure starvation. At the age of 6, he recognized this threat and left his home. he then scavanged off of the ground and trashcans to survive, but noticed that some of the things he touched melted. he was confused as this phenominon. At the age of 8 he began to study this odd fact that he seemed to turn things from the air into radioactive material. he found his answer under alchemy, it was called Nuclear transmutation, but it was the complete opposite. rather than turning raioactive elements into more basic one, he was turning less basic elements into more unstable ones. he called this Nuclear Transmutation-X. Though he wouldn't be able to do this studing without him attending a school that allowed him to go in for free. At the age of ten he had completely mastered this ability by training extensive hours. he seemed to take pride in his baility and considered himself a god. he could kill with ease, either quikely or slowely. As his ego grew and his mercy faded, he met many others that could do what he could. others that could change things into other things, Alchemy users. he hated how he wasn't special enough to be the only one, so he killed them. he killed them all with his ability. They were no match for him because he could easily decay the innards of their body as they attempted to kill him. he simply scoffed at these weaklings, even at his age. he currently rouges in a town were he has gained a great reputation to be feared.
RP Sample

in the middle of a dessert, Around 7 bandits circled a young child. the bandits laughed and smiled at the child. though even with this situation that would generate fear, the child stood still and calm. he had no emotion on his face at all as he starred blankely into the ground. Though the bandits didn't find this odd, they continued to cricle him as they pulled out their weopons out. many of them had swords and some had chains. they continued to laugh as they closed into the child. one even went as far as throwing his sword at the child in hopes of stabbing him. The child then looked up from the blankness and at the direction of the spinning blade that was closing in on him. he merely held his arm out in the direction and waited for the blade to become 3 feet away from his hand. then his arm began to glow green as a small explosion burst the blade away from him. the bandit's laughs and smiles were silenced after this. they began to feel somthing grow from within them, was it fear? they began to shudder as The child looked up at each and every one of them. he then took a comb out of his hair and began to puff out his fro as he again stared into the nothingness. "you guys should no better then to mess with a god." he said as the men began to choke and fall to their knees. the radiactivity from the explosion had gotten into their lungs and it was causing them to have much dificulty breathing. Djay then began to walk through a small gap in the circle of men as he looked to the ground, the men still sufficating. "Pathetic" he said as he passed the dead corpses of the dead.
